Description of the Readings
This page lists the reading materials for Sociology 235: Social Problems. These materials were collected from a wide variety of sources. Some of the materials come from Social Problems: Readings with Four Questions (Second or Third Edition), written by Joel M. Charon and Lee Garth Vigilant. The summaries of chapters from the Charon and Vigilant book include text taken directly from the essays along with paraphrases of the authors' writings. Hence, the thoughts expressed are the authors', not mine.
