Methodology

This program provides in-depth instruction and mentoring in advanced quantitative and qualitative methods.  We believe that studying methods involves learning, application, and theoretical interpretation.  Certainly, methods are tools.  Our methods program also is a study in social thought, philosophy, math, statistics, and sociological research design.  We will put your sociological imagination to work.  Understanding methods is the path that transforms your passion for social change into the reality of a scientific pursuit of knowledge and understanding about social problems.  Welcome to an exciting adventure!
