  For Undergraduate Students:
·       Officially declared sociology major in the Sociology Department at ISU
 ·       Junior standing at ISU
 ·       Overall GPA of at least 3.0
·       GPA of 3.0 in Sociology courses taken at ISU
 ·       Four courses in Sociology prior to initiation
  For Graduate Students:
·       Officially admitted to the Sociology Department at ISU
 ·       One semester of graduate study in Sociology at ISU
 ·       GPA of 3.0 or better
  For Faculty:
·       Formal conferral of a Ph.D. in Sociology or employment as a Sociologist
